Black cats aren’t necessarily fully black, nor are all black cats the same color. This color is in honor of Oscar the black cat who has a bit of brown to his fur, particularly in sunlight. Appears black in some lighting conditions, very dark brown in other lighting conditions. Color number 975-8, part of the Off Black color family.
